At Dressco Drapers, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Free from any scents, stains (like makeup), or signs of wear.

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised/Custom Items: Any apparel that was customized or tailored specifically for you through our “Personalise” service.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
  • Intimates/Bodysuits: (If applicable to your collection).

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@dresscodrapers.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color (excluding personalised items), please send us an email atinfo@dresscodrapers.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [e.g., 5-10] business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@dresscodrapers.com with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for you at no additional cost.
