At Dressco Drapers, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Free from any scents, stains, or signs of wear.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/Custom Items: Any apparel that was customized or tailored specifically for you through our bespoke service. These are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or “Sale” event are final sale.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@dresscodrapers.com with your order number.
  2. Approval: Once authorized, we will provide the return shipping address (Karachi, Pakistan).
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds for Cryptocurrency Payments

For orders paid via Cryptomus (Bitcoin, USDT, etc.):

  • Refunds will be processed in the original cryptocurrency or USDT.
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the USD value of the order at the time of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of purchase and the time of refund.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@dresscodrapers.com with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
